Four bedrooms family house in Horta city

We are pleased to offer you this well located family house on the periphery of Conceição parish in Horta city, on Faial island, Azores.

This house consists of two floors spread over 170m2.The entrance is on the ground floor, where we find a good sized storage room, followed by a staircase that takes us to the first floor, where we find a porch that has been closed off with windows to create a lounge area with a TV, sofas ,an office and a bathroom and a big room with a washing machine, dryer and sewing machine.. Entering the house, we find a dining room in the center, which leads us to our left to access three properly furnished bedrooms. We find a staircase that will lead us to the ground floor again, where we can see another bedroom and a closet where you can store all your clothes and shoes due to its generous size. Returning to the house and to our right we have two kitchens equipped with the traditional Azorean wood burning ovens and all the necessary equipment for the proper functioning and preparation of your meals, plus another bathroom.

To access the exterior, you have to go through the kitchens and up a small staircase where you can enjoy a generous terrace with panoramic views over part of Horta city. There is no garage, but you can use the free parking in front and next to the road. Just a ten minutes walking away you will find the Quinta de São Lourenço exposition park and the botanical garden, one of the island’s mandatory places to visit. Horta city center is just a five minute drive away, where you can access all the goods and services you might need.
