The property consists of a building with two stories and a garden on the front. Had a first floor and a ground floor warehouse / workshop area. These are very old, traditional stone building with strong walls, good sized windows, doors and high ceillings. The total land area is 133 m2 and the ruin have a combined footprint of about 181.20m2. This allows you to create a comfortable, good sized modern house.

The house is located on a small driveway next to regional road , in Cedros parish, and overlooks the sea. The area is residential, agricultural and very quiet. A short drive away you’ll find an ATM, a restaurant, a supermarket, a pizzeria and a store selling agricultural products and building materials. Cedros has beautiful natural pools and swimming areas, as well as some of the most beautiful hiking trails on the island of Faial. The city of Horta is just a 20 minute drive away
